Job Description

Join UPS, a Fortune Global 500 organization, and help us lead the future of logistics. As a Warehouse Operator, you will report to the Team Leader and manage the picking and packing of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, and issue materials accurately.
• Pick or put away stocks/materials to/from storage bins.
• Handle and sort materials efficiently.
• Verify physical stock against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and receive indirect materials on behalf of end users.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse or production store facilities.
• Upkeep and maintain materials handling equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and comply with health & safety guidelines.
• Operate cross-functionally across all warehouse functions.

Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Level / N-Level / Nitec certificate; Diploma is an advantage.
• Physically fit; able to lift 15-25kg.
• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Experience operating equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Relevant hands-on experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle different systems and processes in distribution channels.
• Service-minded, able to multitask, thorough, and cooperative in a team environment.
