Framework/Shuttering Carpenter – Israel Recruitment Drive


Eligibility Criteria

  • Current Category/Trade: Framework/Shuttering Carpenter
  • Minimum Qualification:
    • Must possess basic knowledge of English
    • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Age Limit: 25-45 years
  • Passport Requirement:
    • Must have a valid passport with at least 3 years of validity remaining
    • Passport application receipts or pending documents will not be accepted
  • Additional Restrictions:
    • Applicants must not have previously participated in the Israel recruitment drive selection test
    • Applicants must not have any blood relations in Israel
    • Applicants must never have visited Israel before

Application Process

Step 1: Jobseeker Registration

  • Register online on the Rojgaar Sangam portal.
  • Complete your profile by providing all relevant details.
  • Upload all necessary documents as part of the registration process.

Step 2: Applying for Israel Jobs

  • Once your profile is complete and documents are uploaded, apply for jobs in your relevant trade or category.
  • Ensure that the selected job category matches your trade experience.

Step 3: English Pre-Screening Test

  • All submitted documents will be verified by the Labour and Employment Department.
  • Shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited to take an English language pre-screening test.
  • Only those who pass the test will move on to the next stage.

Step 4: RPL Training (Domain Pre-screening)

  • Candidates who pass the English pre-screening will undergo Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) training.
  • Successful candidates in the RPL test will proceed to the Name Check stage.
  • Important: Carry your original passport during both the pre-screening and the professional test drive. Your passport must have at least 3 years of validity.

Step 5: Name Check

  • Your details will be verified exclusively from your passport.
  • The Israel recruitment team will shortlist candidates for the next round.

Step 6: Professional Test Drive

  • Eligible candidates who pass the previous stages will be invited for a professional test drive.
  • A maximum of 650 candidates are allowed to participate each day.
  • Requirement: Bring your original passport and the certificate issued by the RPL Program.

Step 7: Random Selection

  • After the professional test drive, all eligible candidates' data will be submitted to a random selection (lottery process) to ensure a fair and transparent selection.

Step 8: Submission of Other Required Documents

  • Once selected, you must submit the following documents (as soft copies):
    • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
    • Medical Report
    • Self-Declaration (download link provided)
    • Health Declaration (download link provided)
    • Passport Copy
    • Visa Request Form

Step 9: Visa, Ticket, PDOT & Deployment

  • For visa processing, send the following documents (in soft copy):
    • Signed Standard Employment Contract (SEC)
    • Flight Ticket
  • After visa approval, you will receive Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) and further instructions for deployment to Israel.

Important Notes

  • Selection Notifications:
    • You will be notified about your progress or rejection at every stage via SMS and email.
    • You can also log in to the Rojgaar Sangam website to check your application status at any time.
  • No Walk-ins Allowed:
    • Walk-in applications will not be accepted at any stage.
    • You will receive details (date, time, and venue) for each stage in advance.
  • No Fees Involved:
    • The entire application process is free.
    • Do not pay any fees or charges at any stage. Report immediately if anyone requests money.
