Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you will manage walk-up ticket sales and inquiries at our onsite ticketing counters and self-service kiosks. You will perform cashiering duties, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, while providing excellent customer service and enforcing safety measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-up ticket sales and inquiries.
- Process ticket sales transactions quickly and accurately using our computer-based system.
- Handle cashiering duties by receiving payments through various modes.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Ensure guests follow safe management measures.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least one year of relevant experience in retail, ticketing, or events.
- Commitment to a service period of 3-6 months.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Pleasant attitude and cheerful demeanor.
- Neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
