Responsibilities

• Always be courteous and helpful to customers and consignees.
• Pick up and deliver goods as requested.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed by customers/consignees.
• Use initiative to anticipate potential delivery issues.
• Keep the Dispatch Officer informed of delivery progress and delays.
• Drive safely and care for company vehicles.
• Prepare boxes for shipments as needed.
• Monitor packaging materials and inform the Operations Supervisor when stock is low.
• Perform additional duties during quiet periods.
• Handle airport duties as directed, including import and export tasks.
• Work periodic weekends as rostered.
• Maintain ample stock of packaging materials and labels.

Requirements

• Valid current driver's license (Class B).
• Good driving record.
• Strong knowledge of the metropolitan area.
• Pleasant and proactive attitude with customers.
• Familiarity with cold chain management and basic dangerous goods (DG) practices is an advantage.
• Strong sense of urgency balanced by meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate problems and use initiative.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Hebrew language proficiency at C2 level.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable and accountable.
• Ability to work at our location in Holon/Tel Aviv-Hasatat.
