Job Description
As a Host at our Front Office, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive, ensuring their experience is exceptional.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a professional and friendly greeting to all guests.
- Assist guests with inquiries, including food and beverage menu items.
- Manage reservations and support the coordination of meeting room setups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Ensure guest safety and follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Follow departmental policies and service standards at all times.
