Join inova Personal AG as a Call Center Agent and Customer Advisor! In this role, you'll manage incoming technical calls, support and advise customers, and handle first-level support for faults. You'll also optimize the customer portfolio and identify sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling, providing friendly and expert product and service advice.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent PC and advanced IT skills
  • Good understanding of telecommunications
  • Affinity for sales and customer advice
  • Must be fluent in German (C2 – Proficient) with accent-free delivery and good understanding of Swiss German
  • Knowledge of Italian, English, and French is a great advantage
  • Highly motivated, technically adept, flexible, and reliable
  • 100% availability during the 3-week training period
  • Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 a.m. and midnight

  • Provide accurate and friendly product/service advice, ensuring customer satisfaction
