Job Description

As a Waiter/Waitress, you are part of our banquet team that brings our warm hospitality to life. Your role is key in making guests feel welcomed and ensuring every banquet event is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and fulfill special banquet event requests from guests.
• Replenish buffet items from opening to closing, ensuring freshness and attractive presentation.
• Follow up on guest-specific banquet arrangements to ensure compliance with standards.
• Bus tables by clearing and separating tableware, plateware, glassware, and flatware.
• Check tableware for cleanliness and report any defects like cracks or chips.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized service area throughout your shift.
• Prepare coffee breaks, service carts, and buffets as specified in the banquet orders.
• Communicate guests' additional meal needs, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• Must have a service-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous bartending or banquet service experience is a plus.
