Key Responsibilities

Mini Bar Maintenance

• Replenish and stock mini bars daily.
• Ensure items are fresh, undamaged, and within expiry dates.
• Arrange items neatly and label them correctly.

Guest Interaction

• Answer guest inquiries about mini bar offerings.
• Provide information on products and promotions.

Hygiene and Quality Control

• Keep mini bar areas and storage clean and organized.
• Follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Inspect mini bar equipment and report any issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
