Job Description

At Grand Hyatt Singapore, you will deliver excellent food and beverage service at our outlets. You will serve guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner to maximize guest satisfaction. Please note, due to work pass quota restrictions, only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders at the outlets.
• Serve food and beverages to ensure a consistent, high level of service.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the service area.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ideally, hold a GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of work experience in hotel operations is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
