About the Role

As a CBRE Handyman at AMK, you will provide essential support in repairs, plumbing, and basic electrical work. Your work will help maintain our facilities to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic repairs such as adjusting door hinges, resetting lockers, and fixing desk controllers.
• Handle basic plumbing tasks, including changing taps, repairing water leaks, and clearing blockages.
• Carry out simple painting tasks on walls and floors.
• Perform basic electrical work such as replacing light tubes, bulbs, and light starters.
• Support event setups and meeting/training room arrangements.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly quality checks for facility maintenance.
• Manage vendor interactions and escort service contractors as needed.
• Complete work order tickets assigned by the helpdesk and ensure timely closure.
• Provide support for office moves and events on an ad-hoc basis (overtime as required).

What You’ll Need

• Minimum NITEC in Building Services, Built Environment, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least one year of relevant work experience in building maintenance or an office environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
