We are currently recruiting a Receptionist to support our hospitality services in our two buildings located in Kirchberg and Hamm.
Your Role
- Provide basic reception services including handling calls, emails, and in-person enquiries.
- Manage deliveries, taxis, meeting room bookings, and meal arrangements.
- Welcome, assist, and orient applicants, new employees, and visitors while maintaining confidentiality.
- Monitor and document shift logs/daily memos and coordinate with departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping.
- Ensure that the visitor experience is personalized by staying aware of on-site events and requirements.
- Oversee meeting room bookings, catering, IT requests, and other details to ensure optimal organization.
- Perform other office-related duties as assigned by the Hospitality Manager.
Your Profile
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Initial experience as a receptionist in a professional services firm, bank, or upmarket hotel is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- High level of professionalism and strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
