Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Cleaner to join our aviation technical service team. Your role will involve cleaning both the exterior and interior of aircraft and maintaining the infrastructure of our technical service hangar. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Main Duties

• Carry out exterior and interior cleaning of aircraft and the technical service hangar following current procedures.
• Install cushions, covers, and seat belts in aircraft cabins.
• Execute daily cabin configuration changes by class following established procedures.
• Assist mechanics with cabin configuration changes as per work instructions.
• Distribute internal mail, remove waste from the maintenance hangar, and supply dedicated areas according to procedures.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order.
• Accompany external visitors as needed.
• Occasionally support other departments within the technical service.
• Participate in winter operations.

Required Profile

Minimum Criteria

• Completed 9th year of schooling in Luxembourg or equivalent.
• Valid B driving license.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.
• Ability to communicate in at least one official language (Luxembourgish, French, or German).
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Adaptability to new technologies.
• Reliability, rigor, and adherence to procedures.

Desired or To-Be-Acquired Criteria

• Participation in continuous improvement of the workstation.
• Knowledge of the site and parking areas, experience driving at the airport, and use of aerial platforms.
• Completion of initial training according to procedures.
• Additional "on the job" training is a plus.
• Continuing training as per the current training plan.
• Knowledge of English is considered an asset.
