Position Summary

As a Concierge at Luxembourg Marriott Hotel Alfa, you are the face of our hospitality service. Your role is to respond to guest requests for special arrangements—whether arranging transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning—and to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Safety is paramount, and you will lead confidently in managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures while maintaining professional standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Handle guest calls, messages, and inquiries, recording and processing all requests efficiently.
• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they are guided through their stay with clear information about the property and local amenities.
• Monitor and manage the club lounge for seating availability, service, and guest safety.
• Review shift logs and document pertinent information in daily memo books.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions, and complete required safety trainings and certifications.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Assist guests with special needs, including those with disabilities, and ensure all interactions are handled with genuine appreciation.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience is required – training is provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform light manual tasks (up to 10 pounds) without assistance.
