Job Details

• Perform general janitorial duties including simple repairs, lubricating doors, hanging equipment, checking light sources, and replacing gaskets.
• Act as a contact person for external maintenance services when needed.
• Maintain coffee stations weekly: wash, clean, refill, and order supplies.
• Manage waste: handle paper, wood, special waste, and shredding.
• Assist in canteen operations and deliveries to various departments.
• Support administrative tasks during events and prepare office spaces for new hires.
• Perform general maintenance of outdoor areas such as parking spaces, bicycle sheds, stalls, and shelters.
• Ensure emergency exits are unobstructed and coordinate with external service providers.
