What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, friendly, and efficient check-in/check-out process.
• Act as the guest superhero during the night, managing all aspects of the guest journey.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer support.
• Ensure safety for guests and employees while managing daily front office operations.
• Perform administrative tasks and work under time pressure, multitasking effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Norwegian and English (other languages are a plus).
• Calm and composed in stressful situations with a strong service attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive "Yes I Can!" mindset.
• Knowledge of EMMA operating system is a plus, but not required.
• Certification in safety courses and CPR is a plus.
