Job Description

Join our team and help drive our success. As a Delivery Driver, you will ensure the timely delivery and collection of shipments while maintaining accurate documentation and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect inbound/outbound shipments daily.
• Perform on-road audits and submit shipping documents.
• Ensure cash/cheque collections for COD/COP shipments are turned in daily.
• Identify service-related concerns and report them to your supervisor.
• Provide sales leads when possible.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license; Class 4 is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads is preferred.
• Able to carry and lower packages up to 35kg from conveyors and pallets.
• Willing to climb stairs to enter or exit customer premises.
• Secondary education or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work extra hours and drive company vehicles home if required.
• Work schedule of 5.5 days a week.
