Hourly Pay Range: $15.51 - $19.56 per hour

Job Overview
As a PM Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for checking in and checking out guests while delivering outstanding service. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries, providing directions, and even driving our airport shuttle when required. A clean driving record is essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Front Office leadership with guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Provide driving and walking directions to local destinations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and local attractions.
- Support team members and other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Safely operate the airport shuttle when required.
- Ensure that guest needs are met in accordance with Hilton’s high standards of service.
