Job Overview
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be the primary liaison for our customers during the follow-up process on incomplete paperwork and contract-related payments for new purchases. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our clients fully understand their contracts and that all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure new owners understand their paperwork and contracts.
- Collaborate with the Contracts team to process client paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Provide notary services and present all legal documents necessary to complete contracts.
- Follow up with Corporate Contracts regarding missing or incomplete client documentation and funds.
- Manage the customer follow-up process to close transactions effectively.
- Deliver professional and courteous service to all new clients, owners, and guests in line with HGV’s standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Notary License or the ability to acquire one.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Service.
- Experience with Notary contract documents is advantageous.
- Timeshare or Vacation Ownership experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year of administrative or clerical work experience is beneficial.
- Ability to calculate commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer service issues.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule Details
Our Sales Center operates 7 days a week, and shifts vary between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
