Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour break)

Job Overview

We are seeking candidates with over 1 year of experience as a front office receptionist and excellent administrative skills. In this role, you will manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional service to our customers while ensuring efficient facilities and office services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with various departments to resolve customer disputes and become proficient in proprietary operational systems.
  • Interview customers and record information for service orders (installation, activation, discontinuance, or changes in service).
  • Complete contract forms, determine service charges, collect deposits, and manage change of address records.
  • Utilize MS Word and Excel proficiently to support administrative tasks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high call volume environment while promoting additional services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Speaking Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a high call volume setting.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Email; typing and 10-key skills are required.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds when needed.

Work Environment

This position is based in a clean, well-ventilated, and well-lit office environment. You will have your own workstation equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer. The work area may be noisy due to high call volumes and repetitive tasks, with extended periods of sitting, typing, or screen time.
