Hourly Pay: $19.62 - $22.50 per hour

Job Overview

WCF Insurance, an A Rated insurance carrier growing in the western U.S., is seeking an Underwriting Assistant to support the underwriting department at our Sandy, UT headquarters. In this role, you'll help manage the flow, data quality, and distribution of new account submissions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and review new account submissions and oversee the underwriting email inbox.
• Provide administrative support to underwriters by processing, recording, and distributing necessary data.
• Assist in ensuring service timelines are met for new account submissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid Notary License is required or must be obtainable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service; experience with multi-line rater or workers compensation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
