Job Description

• Handle customer phone calls during peak hours.
• Respond to social media queries and resolve complaints.
• Dispatch emails and manage payment transactions/refunds with banks and payment partners.
• Provide chat support and call support for our restaurant partners.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

Job Requirements

• Academic Qualification: +2 Completed or Bachelor’s Running.
• Experience: Fresher is welcome; customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have a driving license and personal vehicle (two-wheeler) for evening shifts.
