Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
- Review CCTV footage to spot suspicious activity and report incidents.
- Conduct routine checks on surveillance equipment and coordinate repairs.
- Collaborate with hotel departments and emergency services during crises.
- Assist in emergency response and guide evacuations when needed.
- Securely store recorded data following hotel policies and Dubai regulations.
- Communicate in real time with the security team during incidents.
- Stay updated on new security technology and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within Dubai hospitality.
- Education: High School Diploma; SIRA CCTV certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating CCTV, fire alarm, and access control systems.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Technology: Familiarity with MS Office for reporting.
- Skills: Excellent observational, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Must remain calm under pressure.
- Work Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts.
