Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage.
• Check that all cameras work and report faults.
• Keep an eye on the hotel premises.
• Respond quickly to security alerts and emergencies.
• Record incidents with time-stamped footage and notes.
• Assist law enforcement with video evidence if needed.
• Manage access control and restricted areas.
• Support other departments during evacuations or alarms.
• Follow privacy and data security rules.
• Attend regular training on safety and security.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Certification in CCTV operation or security systems is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience with both IP-based and analog CCTV systems.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
