Welcome guests warmly and professionally. Ensure that everyone entering or leaving the hotel is greeted and assisted with care. Maintain a neat entrance area and control the flow of traffic to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with a friendly attitude.
• Assist guests with entering and leaving the hotel.
• Keep the entrance area clean and organized.
• Help guests with luggage and taxi requests.
• Follow guest contact standards at all times.
• Notify security or management of any suspicious behavior.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Secondary education.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
