Job Description

As a Client Service Executive, you will process client applications from submission to settlement, communicate with external organizations on behalf of our clients, and provide excellent customer service. You will enter data with high accuracy and maintain constant communication with your supervisor. Additionally, you will take on any extra duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client applications from start to settlement.
  • Communicate with other organizations on behalf of clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Enter data accurately, paying close attention to detail.
  • Maintain continuous communication with your supervisor.
  • Handle additional tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate (Plus2) or higher; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, listening, communication, and cold calling skills.
  • Attributes: Problem-solving, attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexible: Ability to work odd hours (08:45 pm - 05:15 am NPT for night shift or 9 am - 5 pm CST).

Job Location & Work Environment

This position may start as a work-from-home role temporarily; however, you will be required to work from the office later if needed.
