About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent at 5CA, you will be on the front line, providing excellent support for multinational consumer electronics and e-commerce companies. You'll interact with customers via email, live chat, social media, and phone, troubleshooting issues calmly and efficiently. Training is provided to help you enhance your skills and deliver top-notch service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced proficiency in French (C1 minimum) and intermediate English (B2 minimum).
  • Located in Morocco with a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
  • Interest in e-commerce, consumer electronics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Fast learner with strong initiative and troubleshooting skills.
  • (Optional) Previous experience in a customer service environment is a plus.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum internet speed: 10 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload with latency under 120ms.
  • At least 8 GB RAM.
  • A 64-bit version of Windows 10 (or newer) or macOS 10.11 (or newer).
  • Intel Core i5-8260U or better/similar.
  • Integrated Graphics card.
  • A smartphone for two-factor authentication (Android 8.0+ or iOS 15.0+).
