Job Purpose

As a Cabin Crew member with Emirates, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests throughout their journey. Your role is much more than routine service—it’s about creating a memorable experience for every passenger.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • More than a year’s experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Minimum qualification: High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Height requirements: At least 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes for emergency equipment access.
  • No visible tattoos allowed on duty (unless covered as per uniform guidelines).
  • Must meet the UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary & Benefits

Your compensation includes a fixed basic salary, hourly flying pay, and an overseas meal allowance. For Grade II (Economy Class), the approximate total monthly pay is AED 10,170, with additional benefits including hotel accommodation and transport to/from the airport provided by the company.
