🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Testing & Evaluation:
- Test and evaluate photovoltaic (PV) cells and modules
- Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to meet solar design objectives
- Perform thermal, stress, and cost reduction analyses for solar systems

Operational Excellence:
- Develop standard operating procedures and quality/safety standards for the solar park
- Provide technical direction and support during installation, start-up, testing, commissioning, and performance monitoring
- Create plans for system development, monitoring, and evaluation, including electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and connection diagrams

Maintenance & Reporting:
- Track solar inverter performance daily and coordinate with site fleet for any issues
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize DC system availability
- Conduct health assessments of DC system components and initiate refurbishment as needed
- Manage inventory and prepare monthly performance reports

Collaboration & Problem Solving:
- Coordinate with OEMs for resolving technical issues related to the DC system
- Develop checklists for reviewing completed solar installation projects
- Ensure continuous improvement in system efficiency and energy production
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
- Experience: 3 to 9 years in solar operations, maintenance, or a related field
- Proficiency in developing and analyzing electrical diagrams and system performance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in thermal, stress, and cost analyses
- Ability to plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
