- Guest Service Excellence:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Provide prompt assistance with guest requests and operational needs
- Operational Support:
- Process guest transactions and complete required reports
- Manage physical tasks such as standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds unaided; over 75 pounds with assistance)
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Communicate effectively with peers, stakeholders, and management
- Quality & Safety:
- Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a professional appearance at all times
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Experience:
- No prior work experience required; however, a passion for customer service is essential
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
