🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Audit Program Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive audit programs and testing procedures
- Create both high-level and detailed audit plans in collaboration with key stakeholders

Risk & Compliance Management:
- Conduct audits focusing on IT and cyber risk, and monitor internal audit KPIs
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., CERT-IN, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and best practices (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)

Operational Excellence:
- Manage the entire audit engagement lifecycle including staffing, scheduling, and reporting
- Analyze audit performance data and S-Curves, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating innovative audit methodologies and technologies

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary contact for audit-related issues
- Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and compliance teams to develop actionable recommendations

Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor team members and contribute to a data-driven, agile audit culture
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices in auditing
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or Business Administration with a minor in Computer Information Technology
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit, IT Operations, or related fields (experience with Fortune 100 companies, Big 4 assurance, or similar organizations is preferred)
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are required

- Proficiency with data governance tools and audit frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ITIL, COBIT)
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
