As a Project Manager within the PMO, you will be responsible for planning, executing, delivering, and closing projects within defined budgets and timeframes. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are executed flawlessly—from developing detailed project plans to coordinating resources and managing risks.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Activities

Project Planning:
- Develop high-level (HL) and low-level (LL) project plans
- Establish project scopes and objectives with all relevant stakeholders

Execution & Monitoring:
- Track project progress and report deviations from the plan
- Follow up with resources to keep project activities on track
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs

Resource Management:
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution
- Liaise with unit heads to allocate and release resources as needed
- Monitor workload and reassign resources if necessary

Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

Risk & Vendor Management:
- Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks
- Participate in the creation of RFPs, RFQs, and RFBs, and attend bidder conferences
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a large organization in the telecom industry
- ISP background experience is preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Cisco and HP technologies
- Certifications: PMP, CCNA/CCNP
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer Focus: Highly customer-obsessed and proactive in problem solving
