We are looking for an experienced Manager to drive and expand our large Account portfolio in Kuwait. In this pivotal role, you will generate new leads, nurture relationships, and increase revenue through strategic sales initiatives. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing large accounts
- Understand client needs and provide tailored, value-driven solutions
- Nurture relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within government entities

Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new leads in the B2B sector
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and potential opportunities
- Create strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives

RFP & Proposal Leadership:
- Lead the RFP process from initiation to submission
- Draft compelling proposals that highlight Ooredoo’s competitive advantages
- Collaborate with internal teams in product discovery, development, testing, and rollout

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, equipment utilization, and revenue impact
- Optimize sales processes and provide insights for strategic planning
- Represent Ooredoo at industry events and networking forums
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution

Experience:
- Preferred 5+ years in telecom retail experience, with progression in sales management
- Minimum 3 years at a senior sales management level

Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of local market conditions and effective sales techniques
- Creative, innovative mindset with excellent relationship management and staff coaching skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, including mobile products and services
- Ability to operate in a diverse, multicultural environment
- Additional Requirement: Must possess a UAE Family Book
