🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Franchise Management:
- Visit each franchise store at least twice weekly and report anomalies, issues, and initiatives
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Franchise Shop Managers
- Ensure the proper implementation of promotions, procedures, and campaigns
- Cascade company objectives and strategies to all frontline staff

Sales & Performance:
- Accountable for achieving overall retail sales targets (post-paid, prepaid, data, services, rate plans, cross-selling, upselling, etc.)
- Drive performance through coaching, training, and performance appraisals
- Monitor key performance indicators, including Mystery Shop Scores and SAF Collection Targets
- Develop and implement effective retail marketing strategies and sales processes

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels and availability of updated POS materials
- Coordinate with internal teams for project assignments and timely project completion
- Suggest improvements to retail shop processes and systems
- Maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing proactive support and troubleshooting

Strategic Initiatives:
- Identify new potential locations and support location sourcing as required
- Collect market and competitive intelligence to keep retail operations competitive
- Represent Ooredoo at team meetings and industry events, sharing insights and best practices
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution

Experience:
- Preferred 5+ years in telecom retail experience, with progression in sales management
- Minimum 3 years at a senior sales management level

Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of local market conditions and effective sales techniques
- Creative, innovative mindset with excellent relationship management and staff coaching skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, including mobile products and services
- Ability to operate in a diverse, multicultural environment
- Additional Requirement: Must possess a UAE Family Book
