Join our Regional Logistics Product Operations team at talabat, the world’s most international company! In this role, you will lead high-impact logistics product initiatives across the MENA region. You will work with local markets, build strong business cases, and coordinate with central teams to drive product enhancements that improve customer, vendor, and rider experiences.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap Planning:
- Gather product requirements from local Heads of Logistics, Performance Managers, and Product Owners
- Build strong business cases outlining problems and opportunities
- Lead the prioritization process every 6 months aligned with logistics OKRs
- Communicate the product roadmap to all teams

New Feature Development & Rollout:
- Support central product teams through discovery, development, testing, and rollout phases
- Set up reporting dashboards to monitor success metrics
- Relay new developments to key stakeholders before and after go-live

Bugs & Product Issues:
- Assist countries in resolving product and tech-related issues
- Act as the primary contact during product emergencies
- Prioritize and escalate critical bugs for prompt resolution
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics or product management are a plus)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, product management, or related roles; experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or q-commerce is highly advantageous

Technical Skills:
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to work with complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio)

Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
- Customer Focus: Highly customer-obsessed and proactive in problem solving
