Join our dynamic team at talabat in Dubai and become the key liaison for our partner restaurants! As a Coordinator Sales, you will ensure smooth communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams. You’ll act as the first point of contact for partner restaurant queries or complaints and manage system configurations for new partners and training sessions. This role is essential in maintaining accurate sales records and strengthening partner relationships.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Department Coordination:
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance on sales-related matters
    • Serve as a first point of contact for partner restaurant queries (calls, emails, complaints) when Sales Representatives are unavailable, and delegate tasks accordingly
  • Data & System Management:
    • Upload and update restaurant information online in a timely manner
    • Set up and configure systems for new partners, conduct trainings, and address system issues raised by vendors/partners
    • Monitor and update records of closed restaurants
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Collect and document restaurant contracts, amendments, and other sales-related data
    • Prepare periodic contract delivery and pickup reports
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including follow-ups and transmission methods reports
  • Quality Account Management:
    • Manage quality accounts for restaurants to ensure continuous partner relationships
    • Resolve operational issues between partner restaurants and users
    • Assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers and train personnel on transmission systems (GPRS, Pigeon software)

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office; Excel Certification is a plus
    • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly
    • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Additional Requirement: Must possess a UAE Family Book
  • Languages:
    • Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage
