- Salary: 140 KWD per month (with potential increases after a 6-month probation period)
🛠️ Job Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold beverages such as Espresso, Cappuccino, and Café Latte
- Follow company standards for coffee making and recipes
- Provide excellent customer service as a waiter
- Maintain high hygiene and cleaning standards
- Handle daily cash and other basic waiter duties as needed
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in coffee making or a similar role
- Familiarity with renowned brands (e.g., Barista, Café Coffee Day, Starbucks) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of coffee recipes and proper ratios
- Must follow strict cleaning and hygiene guidelines
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Fluent in English (speaking and understanding)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
