🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:
- Formulate and develop strategic project plans with clear goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Assist in preparing Project Macro Schedules within 30 days of management approval, considering resource and material needs

Project Schedule Management:
- Continuously monitor project progress and adjust schedules in response to scope changes, resource shifts, or delays
- Review and analyze S-Curves regularly to identify deviations and escalate issues when necessary

Resource & Tool Management:
- Optimize planning resources, including personnel and software tools, to enhance productivity
- Oversee reporting, prepare project control and portfolio reports, and manage MIS reviews

Process Development & Optimization:
- Develop, establish, and implement standardized planning procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Promote best practices in project management to support digital transformation and business excellence

Data-Driven Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of project plans to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress and deviations, keeping management and stakeholders informed
✅ Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
- BE/BTech (with PMP certification preferred)
- A Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is a plus

Experience:
- 6-10 years in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector

Skills:
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with planning tools, project management software, and data analysis techniques
