🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of design and engineering activities
  • Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Control & Instrumentation teams for finalizing designs and project deliverables

• Design & Review:

  • Develop comprehensive plant layouts, equipment layouts, building GAs, and isometric drawings for process plants and BOP
  • Review drawings for drafting errors, discrepancies, and mismatches between disciplines

• Technical Expertise:

  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards, especially ASME B31.3 for static and rotary equipment
  • Utilize AutoCAD and other advanced software for line sizing, pressure drop calculations, and piping support
  • Provide swift and effective solutions based on on-site conditions and project requirements

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Regularly interact with project representatives to understand and resolve queries and issues promptly

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:

  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience:

  • 6-10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced mechanical design tools
• Strong understanding of ASME B31.3 and other relevant codes
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and handle on-site challenges
