Job Overview

As a member of the Emirates Group customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to travelers. Roles are available both on the front line and in back-office environments like contact centers.

Hiring Process

Available Roles

I. Front-Line Roles

• Airport Services Agent (Emirates/dnata): Assist customers at check-in, boarding, and baggage counters to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Marhaba Services Agent: Provide personalized meet & greet, VIP handling, and support for special needs or unaccompanied passengers.

II. Back-Office Role

• Contact Centre Agent: Handle customer queries through phone, chat, and social platforms. Provide service updates and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School certificate (A Levels or equivalent)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Additional languages like Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean are a plus (mandatory for back-office roles)
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in rotating shifts
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
• Willingness to wear company uniform (for front-line roles)
