Key Responsibilities

• Give support and service to customers on bookings, cargo details, and flight schedules
• Work with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) to ensure high service quality
• Track import cargo, manage documentation, and solve issues quickly
• Ensure safety rules and loading instructions are followed
• Send post-flight reports and handle admin tasks like data entry and stats
• Answer customer calls for cargo bookings and help resolve their queries
• Support commercial cargo activities when needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cargo or airline operations
• Basic knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling and Weight & Balance procedures
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems
• Good spoken and written English; local language fluency required
• Team player with a focus on safety and accuracy

Education

• At least a GCSE or equivalent qualification
