Emirates Airline is offering exciting opportunities for Cabin Services Assistants (CSA) to join its world-renowned A380 fleet. This unique role focuses on the hygiene, presentation, and personalisation of the luxurious First Class Shower Spas, helping deliver a five-star experience at 40,000 feet.
Job Purpose
The Cabin Services Assistant ensures the A380 Shower Spa and other aircraft areas are maintained in pristine condition. This includes:
- Cleaning and refreshing the First Class Shower Spas
- Maintaining cleanliness in First, Business, and Economy Class lavatories
- Ensuring neatness in First and Business Class lounges
- Supporting overall cabin cleanliness and hygiene
While reporting to the Purser or SFS, this role does not replace regular Cabin Crew duties but enhances the luxury aspect of Emirates' inflight service.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of formal schooling or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, airline, or high-end service sector
- Experience in hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Previous experience in In-Flight Services or administration is a plus
Skills Required
- High attention to detail and hygiene
- Strong interpersonal and customer care skills
- Teamwork and ability to follow instructions
- Professional grooming and presentation
