Job Description
The Van Salesman is responsible for driving the company van to visit customers such as automotive workshops, garages, retailers, and benchmark shops within the assigned territory.
You will actively promote and sell lubricant products, identify new business opportunities, plan and organize daily sales activities, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company van on assigned routes.
- Visit automotive workshops, garages, retailers, and benchmark shops.
- Promote and sell lubricant products by highlighting their features and benefits.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Plan daily sales activities, optimize travel routes, and manage van inventory.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up on sales.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proven sales experience in the lubricant industry or a related field (3-5 years preferred).
