About the Role

At Marina Bay Sands, we believe in loving what you do. As a Valet Cashier, you will manage the hotel and casino valet cashier counters and ensure smooth, efficient transactions using our POS system. Your role is vital in providing a high level of service to our guests while supporting revenue accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the valet cashier counters for the hotel and casino.
• Process valet and self-park transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Submit accurate cashier-related paperwork for revenue audits.
• Deliver service in line with departmental audit standards and KPIs.
• Answer guest queries regarding valet and self-park services.
• Understand and execute departmental gameplans.
• Ensure operational equipment is in working order and supplies are sufficient.
• Monitor and report anomalies to the Valet Captains promptly.
• Assist with any additional assignments from the Valet Captains.

Job Requirements

• No formal education required.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
• Service and guest-oriented mindset.
• Pleasant, polite, and positive attitude.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
