Your Responsibilities

  • Manage student enrolments and update databases, ensuring accurate processing of application files and diploma verification.
  • Digitize and maintain student records using the ACME system in line with SEVE policies.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate information and data related to student matters, addressing inquiries via various channels.
  • Assist with scheduling, room changes, and cover arrangements for classes, examinations, and events.
  • Support the academic office in handling timetables, curriculum design, and the options process.
  • Contribute to the implementation of AI tools (e.g., chatbots) and other digital enhancements in student services.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, draft meeting minutes, and monitor financial flows related to student administration.
  • Coordinate between the admissions team and faculties, manage scholarship lists, and document procedures for student file management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command of English and French (both spoken and written); German is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong IT affinity.
  • Outstanding communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing tasks independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multilingual setting.
