Tjöck (Tiukka) Warehouse is part of Vestas Service Finland. The warehouse primarily stores materials and tools for the crews of technicians working in the area job.

Job Details

As a Stock Keeper, you play a central role in focusing on LEAN improvements and controlling daily material handling. We emphasize effective service, safety, and quality job.

You will work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day job.

Your Main Assignments:

• Conduct inventories – both regular and yearly job
• Transfer tools/parts in collaboration with the Dispatcher job
• Order tools and manage replacements while tracking tool calibration job
• Create returns for DEF and surplus material job
• Pick, pack, and ship materials, tools, and DEF job
• Adjust and optimize fill-up for workcenters (Van Stock) job
• Move material between workcenters within the system job
• Investigate missing material in the system and resolve issues job
• Serve as the first point of contact for subcontractors job
• Handle non-conformities and transport damaged deliveries job

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience in warehousing job
• Fluent in English and Swedish/Finnish (speaking and writing) job
• SAP experience with warehouse transactions (preferred, not mandatory) job
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook and Excel) job
