What You’ll Do
- Be a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, staying updated with the latest trends.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Explain the benefits of Tesla ownership, including charging, maintenance costs, and environmental impact.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections.
- Collaborate with your sales and delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
