Job Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms quickly and professionally.
• Set up in-room dining trays and trolleys with care.
• Greet guests and answer any questions about room service.
• Ensure all orders meet our high quality and presentation standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as visitor logs and customer feedback.
• Help maintain a clean and organized room service area.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Strong communication skills in English (fluent in Estonian is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time well.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
