We are currently seeking a Restaurant Service Employee for our Parkhotel. If you are passionate about providing excellent service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a vibrant dining experience, we want you on our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with a warm and friendly attitude during their restaurant stay.
• Participate in all aspects of service: à la carte, set menus, or buffet, from mise-en-place to billing.
• Offer expert advice on food and drink selections and handle reservations and take-away orders.
• Ensure a clean and well-prepared dining environment by managing dining room setup and follow-up.
• Address and resolve guest complaints in coordination with restaurant management.
