Jobactive GmbH, a subsidiary of hanfried GmbH, is seeking an Insurance Clerk (m/f/d) for one of Germany's leading insurance companies in Hilden. This role is part of our dedicated team providing staffing solutions during staff shortages and seasonal peaks. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

• Verify incoming correspondence relating to vehicle damage using a document analysis system.
• Rescan and index customer service processes.
• Conduct database searches and pre-enter applications.
• Support various administrative tasks related to insurance and financial processes.

Your Profile

• Commercial training or relevant experience in the commercial sector is desirable.
• Experience in indexing and processing vehicle damage claims is an advantage.
• Reliable, thorough, and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Very good knowledge of German and strong PC skills.
• Clean criminal record.

What We Offer

• Attractive annual salary: up to €28,000 - €30,000 gross, depending on qualifications.
• Home office possibility: 3 days per week after the training period.
