What You’ll Do
- Manage the front desk on the R&D floor and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Greet and assist guests, vendors, and employees.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees’ administrative needs.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, logistics, and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Support various HR activities and handle confidential information with care.
- Foster a collaborative and service-oriented work environment.
What You Bring
- You are a people person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, while keeping the big picture in mind.
- You are highly organized, able to multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
